!!ILLST0i'E ?!UCLEAR P0FER STATIOM, Ut!IT 2 Your letter of Aucust I?, 19c2 subnitted a revision of proposed Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications (RETS) to meet the requirements of in CFR 50 Appendix I at !!illstone Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2.
For "illstone Unit 2, those specifications have been found acceptable by the imC staff, as indicated in our enclosed Safety Evaluation and the enclosed Technical Evaluation Report by Franklin Research Center.
The above evaluations uere completed at approxinately the sane tino your September 22, 19P2 letter arrived, requesting that further processing of the August 12, 1982 subnittal be postponed until a revised application was sub-
"itted in Novenber. Accordingly, we did not issue license anendnents relative to RETS at that time.

Your letter of November 22, 1992 was next received with alternative RETS including a Radiological Effluent t'onitoring and Offsite Dose Calculation "anual dated f:ovecher 1992. As you requested, we will review this latest subnittal as proposed anendments to the operating license for t'illstone 2.
At present, we estinate that our revieu will be conpleted by August 19, 1983.
