Self-Initiated Evaluation of Duke Power's Catawba Nuclear Station Please find attached a copy of the Duke Power Self-Initiated Evaluation perfonned at Catawba Nuclear Station. The evaluation was conducted by a team of individuals from Tennessee Valley Authority and Duke Power Company.
The team evaluated Design, Conctruction, and Quality Assurance functions for Catawba. The criteria used to perform the evaluation was developed by the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) of which Duke is a member.
