As a result of the NRC's review of the Midland security plan for new fuel assemblics, a meeting was held with the Staff reviewer at the Midland site on September 10, 1982 to discuss the Staff's commente.
In response to the concerns raised by the Staff at the site meeting on September 10, 1982, we are submitting five (5) controlled copies of the enclosed revised security plan for the new unirradiated fuel assemblies. We believe that the enclosed Revision 1 of the Midland Security Plan for the Protection of Special Nuclear Materials of Low Strategic Significance addresses each of the areas of concern identified by the Staff and meets the guidance provided by the Staff at the above referenced site meeting.
