This lette:- is to give notice that we have concurrently asked the Division of Accounting and Finance to bill the Authority for the review of Revision 5 to Topical Report No. TVA TR75-1 (Quality Assurance Program Design, Construction and Operation of TVA Nuclear Power Plants).
It is our understanding that Revision 5 was submitted to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (CNRR) for review on May 7,1982 and that the review was completed on July 6,1982.
Fees for this review are in accordance with 10 CFR 170.21, Category F - Spe-cial Projects and Reviews.
The total cost to be billed is $2,769 based on review time involving 71 professional staff hours at $39 per hour. The invoice for this amount will be sent to you by the Division of Accounting and Finance within a few days.
Upon your receipt of the invoice, payment should be made to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and forwarded to the Division of Accounting and Finance.
When making payment, please make reference to the invoice number.
