Gentlemen:
This letter is to give notice that we have concurrently asked the Division of Accounting and Finance to bill your Company for the review of Topical Report No. VEP-FRD-45 entitled " Nuclear Design Reliability Factors" which was sub-mitted to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review on Novem-ber 4,1981. We understand that the ONRR staff completed the review of this report on August 5,1982. Fees for this review are in accordance with 10 CFR 170.21. Category F - Special Projects and Reviews.
The total cost to be billed is $741 based on review time involving 19 profes-sional staff hours at $39 per hour. The invoice for this amount will be sent to you by the Division of Accounting and Finance within a few days. Upon your receipt of the invoice, payment should be made to the U.S. Nuclear Reg-ulatory Commission and forwarded to the Division of Accounting and Finance.
When making payment, please make reference to the invoice number.
