This letter is to give notice that we have concurrently asked the Division of Accounting and Finance to bill your Company for the review of Revision 21 to Topical Report No. CE-1-A (Quality Assurance Program) which was submitted to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0MRR) for review on June 7,1982.
We understand that the ONRR staff completed the review of Revision 21 on July 15, 1982. Fees for this review are in accordance with 10 CFR 170.21, Category F -
Special Projects and Reviews.
The total cost to be billed is $78 based on review time involving 2 professional staff hours at $39 per hour. The invoice for this amount will be sent to you by the Division of Accounting and Finance within a few days. Upon your receipt of the invoice, payment should be made to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and forwarded to the Division of Accounting and Finance. When making payment, 4
please make reference to the invoice number.
