Clarification of Request for Additional Information Pertaining to Section 13.5.2.2 of the Perry Nuclear Power Plant Safety Evaluation Report (SER)
Confirming a telephone conversation between John Stefano (the Perry Project Manager) and Mr. Larry Beck of your staff on September 24, 1982, this is to advise that my letter to you dated September 8,1982 incorrectly related the information requested to SER Confimatory Issue (21). The infomation requested pertains to Section 13.5.2.2 of the SER regarding TMI Action Plan Item I.C.1.
The item has been found to be an unresolved issue not cited in either Sections 1.9 or 1.10 of the SER, and will be added in Section 1.9 as Outstanding Issue (21) in the next SER supplement.
As advised by Mr. Beck, we will expect to receive the information requested by the staff on January 15, 1983. However, it is urged that every effort be made to better that date.
