Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and nineteen copies of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56.
This Application requests changes to the Peach Bottom Units 2 and 3 Technical Speci-fications to reflect modifications required to meet the criteria of Appendix A of NUREG 0661, " Mark I Contaihment Long Term Program".
In accordance with 5170.12 of the Commission's Regula-tions, there is enclosed a check payable to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $4,400.00 to cover the filing fee for the Application.
