In their review of the Board's Memorandum and Order of September 22, 1982, Applicants have. sought ~to identify, and to request clarification today, of any significant ambiguities in the Board's rulings on contentions proposed by the inter-venors.. I cannot eliminate the potential, however, for future requests for clarification of~this' Memorandum and Order.

Where a proferred contention was accepted by the Board only in part, or with some limitation or qualification enunciated by the Board, the language of the modified contention admitted for adjudication is not set forth in the Memorandum and Order.

In the future, we may seek Board approval of Applicants' proposed codification. While this process inherently entails some clarification of the Memorandum and Order, Applicants do not view such a request as presenting objections governed by 10 C.F.R. S 2.751a(d) or the schedule set by the Board for the filing of objections.
