A routine radiological controls inspection was conducted by Mr. R. L. Nimitz
at the Maine Yankee Power Station on March 6-9,-1990.- Areas reviewed during
the inspection included action on previous NRC findings, organization and
staffing, and implementation of the Radiological Controls Improvement Plan.
The findings of the inspection were discussed with you on March 9, 1990.
No violations were identified and no response'to 'this lhtter is required.
