Attached please find a signed original and three controlled copies (Numbers 8 3, 8 4 and 8+ 9) of Amendment 24 to the PVHGS Security Plan.
Amendment 24 provides information regarding the temporary unescorted access program at PVNGS.

In accordance with 10 CTR 50.4(b)(4)(iii), we are f
hertvith forwarding two copies of Amendment 24 to the Regional Administrator of the Region V office.

p submitted regarding the program for temporary unescorted access to be consistent l
vith the provision of 10 CFR 50.$4(p) and were accordingly acceptable for l
inclusion into the plan.
