2.
General physical Security Requirements for SNM of Low Strategic Significance The inspector reviewed the licensue's NRC-approved physical security plan (the Plan) and determined that the licensee was protecting special nuclear material (SNM) in conformance with the Plan commitments.
The Plan met the general performance requirements and objectives of the governing regulations.
The licensee is in the process of decommissioning the SNM storage vault l
located in Building 222, since it will no longer be used for the storage of SNM. The licensee is presently incorporating this change in a l
a revision to the Plan which is expected to be submitted to the NRC by May 1, 1990.

Exit Interview The inspector met with the licensee's representatives (denoted in paragraph 1) on February 28, 1990 and summarized the scope and findings of the inspection.
