SECOND REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE USE OF RELAP5YA (TACNO.66375)
By letter dated January 26, 1988 you requested revision of the RELAPSYA staff Safety Evaluation Report (SER), dated August 25, 1987. Specifically you requested relief from the restriction of using valve components with form coefficients and approval of the use of the HUXY code. Enclosure 1 is a request for additional information needed to complete our evaluation. Please contact your Project Manager for further information. Please provide a response to the enclosed request within 60 days of receipt of this letter.
The reporting and/or record keeping requirements contained in this letter affect fewer than ten respondents; therefore, 0"B clearance.is not required under P.L.96-511.
