Dear Mr. Robb:
and well being.I am writing this letter with a sincere concern for public safety mission (NRC) to " direct the licensed activities of licensed This license was based upon examination of my qualifications.a manipulation of the nuclear plant workforce. The issuo I wish to bring to y This manipulation is occurring with the blessings and encouragement of the NRC, who sub-sequently exempt themselves from their own fitness for duty rule.
The nuclear industry is using the national drug hysteria to implement totally subjective evaluations of personnel performance to structure a complacent workforce.
is a ludicrous attempt to control public safety. The NRC rule on fitness for duty It is a smoke screen which is fueled by utility mismanagers.
I am on a costly crusade with the judicial branch of our govern-ment and thought I might sleep better if I keep the legislative branch informed.
