j The amendment is a temporary change to the Trojan Technical Specifications that will permit opening the outside air makeup dampers for the normal and/or emergency control room ventilation system for up to one hour provided l
appropriate compensatory measurements are taken to mitigate the consequences of a chlorine gas accident, j
A copy of the'related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The notice of issuance will be included in the Commission's next regular biweekly Federal
