-FOR RESPONSIBLE ENERGY, INC.
Attached is a " Petition for Leave to Intervene and Request-for a Hearing" submitted by Susan L. Hiatt on behalf of the Ohio Citizens for Responsible Energy, Inc.
The petition was filed in response to a notice of consideration of the issuance of an amendment involving no significant hazards to the Perry Nuclear Power Plant operating license. The notice was published in the Federal Reaister at 55 Feg. Reg. 4259, 4282 (February 7, 1990).
