This will confirm our telephone conversation of March 28, 1990. You are going to relay the outline we discussed for a possible settlement of the subject proceeding to-your client, the Trustee in Bankruptcy for AlchemIE.

Additionally, you are also going to; contact Mr. Stephen Irving to obtain copies of: documents relevant to this-proceeding.

' understanding that your client also has copies of all documents generated in this proceeding by virtue of. the' fact that all mail addressed to AlchemIE at the Pine Ridge Office. Park in Oak Ridge has been forwarded = to the Trustee in Bankruptcy).
