The enclosed copy of our inspection report identifies areas examined during.

the inspection. Within these areas, the inspection consisted o' a selective

examination of procedures and representative records, observations, and

. interviews with personnel,

During this inspection, certain of your activities appeared to be in violation

!

of NRC requirements as identified in the enclosed copy of our inspection

report. The inspection showed that the violations met the test of 10 CFR 2,

Appendix C,.Section V.G.1; accordingly no Notice of Violation was issued. No

reply to the violations is. required and we have no further questions regarding

these matters at this time.-
