License change Application 194 Attached is License Change Application (LCA) 194 requesting amendment of Operating License NPF-1.
This proposed change to Trojan Technical I
Specification (TTS) 6.5.1.2, "[ plant Review Board (PRB)] Composition", will remove the billet-specific listing of PRB membership and replace it with a discipline-specific representation. This will allow for future changes to the PRB billet titles without processing an expeditious change to the TTS and is consistent with TTS 6.5.2.2, "(Trojan Nuclear Operations Board) l Composition".
i Also attached is one signed copy of a Certificate of Service for LCA 194 to the chief Executive of the county in which the facility is located and to the State of Oregon Department of Energy.
