This is in response to your February 23, 1990, request (ref. LA-90-03) regard-ing proposed changes to your currently approved Fundamental Nuclear Material i
Control (FNMC) Plan to modify the method of verifying uranium hexafloride receipts.
We have reviewed your request and have determined that the changes presented I
in the attachment to the above referenced letter are acceptable. However, if L'
- differences are noted from the shipper's values when the uranium content is l
finally determined, the 741 should be corrected accordingly. These changes may be-initiated upon receipt of this letter. We understand that you will l-

We have determined that the attachment to your February 23, 1990, letter contains-information of the type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, pursuanttoSection2.790(d)(1),suchinformationisdeemedtobecommercial or-financial within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.17(a)(4) and shall be withheld from public disclosure unless subject to the provisions of 10 CFR 9.23.
