Dear Mr. Sanders:
The purpose of this letter is'to recognize Revisions 6, 7, 8,)9, and 10 to your currently approved Fundamental Nuclear Material Control (FNMC Plan which were submittedtoRegion11undertheprovisionsof10CFR70.32(c). These revisions were forwarded by letters dated October 1,1988; January 1,1989; April 1,1989; July 1,1989; and October 1,1989, respectively.
Region 11 reviewed Revisions 6, 7, 8 and 9 and notified Mr. E. P. Loch, Manager, Columbia Plant, of their acceptance in letters dated October 24, 1988; January 19, 1989; May 16, 1989; and July 19, 1989, respectively. We note that Revision 7 has been superseded by subsequent revisions.
With regard to Revision 10 dated October 1, 1989, we have reviewed the changes and have determined that they are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c).
Accordingly, they are acceptable for inclusion into your FNMC Plan.
In order to formally incorporate the above referenced revisions, we are revising License Condition 1.1 of Amendment SG-3 to your license no. SNM-1107, effective upon receipt of this letter, as reflected in the enclosure to this letter.
We have determined that tha revisions to your FNMC Plan identified above contain information of the type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d), such information is deemed to be commercial or financial within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.17(a)(4) and shall be withheld from public disclosure
-unless subject to the provisions of 10 CFR 9.23.
