~We are in the process of reviewing your submittal dated December 28, 1989, l

which included proposed modifications to the Operator Training Program. During a meeting with members of your staff on January 18, 1990, the NRC staff addressed several comments to your Nuclear Training Supervisor. These comments-are restated below, and in order to continue our review we need you to respond to each item.
