We enclosed copies of Regulations, 29 CFR Part 24 and the pertinent section of the Energy Reorganization Act with the letter.

Your letter dated January 29, 1990 was received at this office today, February 5, 1990.

The letter confirms that our effort at conciliating this matter has been successful, and a mutually agreeable settlement has been reached as you indicated to Assistant District Director Don H.

Strobel in a telephone conversation on January 30, 1990.

Consequently, this letter wi.ll inform you that a fact finding investigation will not be necessary, and the Wage and Hour Division will take no further action on this matter.
