Your January 29, 1990, submittal of changes in your Quality Assurance Program Description (QAPD), USAR Chapter 17.2, Revision 10, has been reviewed in accordance with 10 CFR Part 50.54(a) based on the agreements reached at the working meeting held in the NRC Region III office on November 14, 1989. The working meeting, and the submittal of Rev. 10 to y(6) and 50.54(a) regard ng our QAPD were necessitated by the lack of compliance to 10 CFR Parts 50.4(b) the submittal of Revision 9 to the QAPD, Based on the corrections made in Rev.10, we find that your QAPD centinues to meet the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B, and is therefore accepteble.
Yov are reminded that adnerence to the 10 CFR Part 50 regulations concerning submittal cf program changes and reduction in comitments is essential to assure proper NRC review; further violitions may result in enforcement action.
