Commonwealth Edison Company Docket No. 50-373 Docket No. 50-374 As a result of the inspection conducted from January 17 through February 28, 1990, and in accordance with 10 CFR Part 2, Appendix C - General Statement of Policy and Procedure for NRC Enforcement Actions (1988), the following violation was identified:
Unit 2 Technical Specification Limiting Condition for Operation 3.7.10.a.2 requires that with reactor power greater than 25% and with less than four operable bypass valves that within 2 hours2.314815e-5 days <br />5.555556e-4 hours <br />3.306878e-6 weeks <br />7.61e-7 months <br /> the Minimum Critical Power Ratio (MCPR) value be increased.

This is a Severity Level IV violation (Supplement I).
The inspection showed that action had beer. taken to correct the identified violation and to prevent recurrence. Consequently, no reply to the violation is required and we have no further questions regarding this matter.
