Unresolved Safety Issues-(USIs) at your facility.- Based.on your response to this GL, dated November 27, 1989, our review of Agency records and discussions between your staff and the NRC Project Manager, the NRC staff has compiled the enclosed list representing our assessment of USI implementation. These results were presented to the Comission at a meeting on February 14, 1990. to this letter presents the staff understanding of the current

' status'of all unimplemented USIs for the Three Mile Island-Unit 1.
