50-395/0L-89-03 On-December 5,1989. the NRC administered examinations to employees of. your company who currently hold licenses to operate your V. C. Summer Nuclear Station.
At - the conclusion of the examination, the examination questions-and preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.

are included in-this report as Enclosure 3.
3 This examination was a retake of the NRC administered requalification written examination for those individuals who failed the examination given t
on - March 3 '1989.
There was no program evaluation associated with this examination.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Connission's regulations, a copy of i
this letter and Enclosures 1 and 3 will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room. ~ Enclosure 2-is exempt from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR l:
