Docket Nos.-50-206, 50-361, and 50-362 Semiannual Radioactive Effluent Release Report San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2 and 3
- The purpose of this letter is to provide the Semiannual Radioactive-Effluent
- Release Report required by Technical Specification (TS) Section 6.9.1.8 'for Units 1,- 2-and 3, covering the period July 1 through December 31, 1989.
- Units:1, 2 and 3 TS Section 6.9.1.9 requires reporting any changes'to the
-Process Control Program (PCP) made during the. reporting period.
Changes.were l
made to:the PCP.during this period and a description of and the rationale for

.the changes are included in this report.
Unit TS Section 6~ 9.1.9 also. requires reporting any changes made to the H
Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (0DCM) or major changes to the radioactive waste treatment system during the reporting period.
There were no changes made to the Unit 1.0DCM or major _ changes _to the radioactive waste treatment-system during this period.
