This confirms our plans as discussed between Ms. Rita Stols of your staff and Mr. Don Jones of this office to have a meeting with you and members of your staff at Quad Cities Station,- on February 22, 1990. The purpose of the meeting is to present the Initial SALP 8 Report for Quad Cities Station.
We encourage you to have appropriate corporate and plant management representation at the meeting to ensure a mutual understanding of the issues and findings being presented by the NRC.
While this meeting is considered a presentation and discussion forum between Commonwealth Edison Co. and the NRC, the meeting will be opened to any other=
. interested parties as observers. Those persons outside the licensee and NRC staffs should inform the Regional Office of their intent to participate.
