At the conc 1Usion of the Enforcement Conference today regarding.the findings from NRC Inspection Report 50 445/90-05; 50-446/90 05, Mr. Crimes requested that we provide a written commitment for the schedule for clarification of'our procedures relating to issuance of Nonconformance Reports during receipt inspection activities. This letter is in response to that request. We will
