- On January 26,:1990, at 0550 eastern standard time (EST) with Units 1 andL2 in Mode 1 and 100 percent power, 2.235 pounds per square inch gauge, 578 degrees' i
Fahrenheit, Action b of Limiting Condition _for Operation (LCO) 3.7.11.1 was entered when the two fire suppression water strainers were taken out of service for maintenance / repair.
In compliance with_ Action Statement b of
- LCO 3.7.11.1 an alternate flow path was established by installing a hose.
around the strainers. The repair work was completed and the LCO exited at 0230 EST on January. 27, 1990.
