The area examined daring the inspection consisted of a ' followup of licensee

. actions taken in revponse to the November 28, 1989, failure of the Standby

' Diesel No.- 22.. Withirt this area, the inspection consisted of selective

l examination of procedures and representative records, interviews with

personnel, and observations by the inspectors. The inspection findings are

documented.in the enclosed inspection report.
