Rf11EED PHYSICAL PROTECTION PLAN Enclosed are two copies of Revision 9 of ANF-538(P), " Physical Protection Plan for Special Nuclear Material of Low Strategic Significance." The revised pages reflect clarifying changes resulting from recent organizational changes within Advanced Nuclear Fuels Corporation (ANF).
These changes, which do not decrease the effectiveness of safeguards, are submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(e).
