.Special Inspection No. 99990001/89-015 On October 18, 1989, Jean Gresick and Lester Tripp of this office conducted - _
a special safety inspection at the above address. The inspection was limited to a review of the circumstances surrounding the unexpected appearance of a Molybdenum generator and the disappearance of a package of Iodine-131 iodohippurate at your South Plainfield facility.
The findings of the inspection were discussed with you, Mr. Lancaster and Ms. Ogletree at the conclusion of the inspection.
Within the scope of this inspection, no. violations were identified.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice", Part 2,_
Title 10, code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the Public Document Room.
