Changes to the Seabrook Station Radiological Emergency Plan Gentlemen:
In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q) and 10 CFR 50 Appendix E, enclosed are-changes to the Seabrook Station Radiological Emeracncy Pinn. Thece changes were not filed within 50 days due to an administrative errort however, the changes do not reduce the effectivenese of the Plan, and the Plan continues to meet the standstds of 10 CFR 50.47(b) sud the requirements of 10 CFR 50 Appendix E.
These changes incorporate the deletion of the Airborne Alert Syst.em as'a backup to the Vehicle Alert and Motification System for the Mascachusetts portion of the Seabrook Station Plume Emergency Planning Zone.
Please note however that the NRC and FDE findings of = adequacy did not rely upon use of the Airborne Alert System during their review of the Seabrook Station Radiological Plans and the Stabrook Plan for Massachusetts Communities.
