070-02917 We Special Nuclear Material License, StN-1861, for ' watts Bar Nuclear Plant unit 1 and SIN-1865, for Bellefonte Nuclear Plant unit 1 will expire on December 31, 1981. An extension to StN-1861 and SIN-1865 is necessary because of construction delays.
