This letter is in response to your letter dated October. 2,1981, wherein you requested an amendment to the Technical Specifications to include the Technical Advisor. Attached heret' is our proposed Technical Specification Amendment. In addition, we have also updated Section 7 to reflect recent organizational changes and have made a minor revision to the fire brigade training requirements to allow more flexibility for scheduling shift personnel for training '
sessions.
