Gentlemen:
Enclosed is an addendum to IE Inspection Reports No. 50-282/81-12
and No. 50-306/81-14 transmitted by our letter dated July 8, 1981.
The addendum includes a discussion of analytical results of a special
sample taken from the onsite well No. 2 and a Confirmatory Measurements
Program sheet comparing the results of analyses of beta emitters in a
liquid effluent sample taken during the inspection. These samples were-
analyzed by the NRC Reference Laboratory.
Please attach the addendum to your copy of our inspection report.
