6.9.1.12.h Condi_tions Prior to Occurrence Unit 1 Mode 5 0% Power Unit 2 V. ode 5 0% Power Identification _ _and Description o_f_ Occurr_ence While reevaluating the maximum post accident water level inside containment, the following Class IE electrical components were determined to have a potentially adverse safety impact if they failed because of post accident submergence.
1-PT-68-68, 1&2-TE-68-1/24/60/83, and four (4) lower containment hydrogen ignitors.

DIRECTOR, ETl PUBLIC AFFAIRS OFFICER Corrective Action taken or Pinnned 1-PT-68-68 is presently being ralocated above the maximum flood level, 162-TE-68-1/24/60/83 have open terminals in the junction boxes which are being spliced and covered with waterpro6f sleeving, and the four (4) hydrogen igniters are being placed on a separate circuit so the remaining igniters will not be effected. These modifications will be completed prior to entry inco Mcde 4.
