Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Docket Nos. 50-440; 50-441, Lubricating Oil System Defect in DeLaval Standby Diesel Cenerator Model DSRV16 (RDC 24(81))
Dear Mr. Keppler.
The Interim Report concerning subject deficiency states the Final Report is scheduled to be submitted to your office during October, 1981.
As discussed with Mr. E. R. Schweibinz of your office on October 19, 1981, our final report is now scheduled to be submitted by April 15, 1982.
Pre engine start testing is now tentatively scheduled for October, 1982, and delay in the modification of the turbocharger lubricating oil system has been due, in part, to construction activities. Additionall y, completion of procurement activities for modification parts is requiring more time than originally estimated.
