Dear Mr. O'Reilly:

In the LER's of Reportable Occurrence Report l's R0-369/81-120,81-121, and 81-124, item #13 (Cause Subcode) was incorrectly given as "E" (Instrument). The entries should have been "B" (Meehanical), "A" (Electrical), and "X" (Other), respectively.

Attached are revision 1 of the LER's to these three Reportable Occurrence Reports reflecting these changes. The originally submitted attachments'to the LER's do not contain these errors and thus are still applicable. We regret any confusion or convenience this may have caused.
