Thank you for your letters of June 19. July 30, and August 10, 1981, in response to our letter of May 11, 1981. As a msult of the discussion with your lY. J. Tar'.csky, Quality Assurance Manager, during a telephone call on Septonber 17,1981, we understand that:
(1) he is personally responsible for reviewing Engineering Change Ordus, Drawings, and Material Lists; and (2) he will ensure that these documents are properly reviewed and annotated prior to the hardware's placement into production.
We have no further questions at this time and will review your correc-tive action and preventive measures during a future inspection.
