Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Inspection Report 50-219/80-36 In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.201, this letter represents our responses to the Notice of Violation regarding the safeguards inspection conducted by Mr. G. C. Smith on December 15-19, 1980 and January 22, 1981.
Enclosed are our responses to the specific violations. Following '.he specific responses, the actions we have implemented to improve the effectiveness of our management control systems are listed.
Since the contents of this letter which, if released to the public, would compromise the physical security of the Oyster Creek Station, it is requested pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790 that this document be withheld from public disclosure.
