As you know, the Commission has already had a number of briefings on the contested and uncontested issues in the Ciablo Canyon proceeding in pr eparation for its decision on whether or not to grant effective-ness t.c the decision of the Licensing Board that a low-power license may be issued for the Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant.
l The Commission has scheduled a further brief-ing and discussion in closed session for the afternoon of Fricav, September 18, 1981.
It has scheduled ai,9ther meeting for 2:00 p.m., Mon' ay, September 21, 1981 for a possible.
