Dear Mr. O'Reilly:

As committed to in our letter on November 6,1980, the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant successfully completed a test of the Emergency Notification System (ENS) on June 13, 1981. This test consisted of simulating a loss of off-site power and verifying that the site emergency diesel generators supplied power to the ENS. The completion of this test fulfills the requirements of IE Bulletin 80-15.
