Dear Mr. O'Reilly:

Enclosed is our final report on I. E. Bulletin No. 80-11 activities' at North Anna Power Station. 'Ihis report provides the results of the masonry wall reevaluation prograa and provides documentation updating our previous subuittals. Rather than 'ccing conprehensive and resubnitting information previously provided, this report contains a summary of the masonry wall review program and references our previcus cubnittals where more detailed information has been provided.

In sumnary, t.he analysis results of the masonry wall reevaluation program for North Anna show that 37 walls were acceptable, two walls were acceptable after equipment was removed from the wall,16 walls were modified, and 15 walls were not acceptable. All of the walls found not to meet the reevaluation criteria required by IE Bulletin 80-11 are located in the Ebel Building. Failure of these walls under extreme seismic,r tornado loading would not jeopardize any safety-related equipment as covered by the Station Technical Specifimtions limiting conditions for operation. 'Ihe analysis results f >r the 15 Fuel Building walls were subnitted to the NBC in Licensee Event Report No. LER 81-062/03L-0 by our letter of August 20, 1981, Serial No. N-81-142. Our future correspondence on this subject win be in response to the LER rather than I.E.Bulletin 80-11.
