On August 12, if,81 your of fice was notified of a notentially reportable item persuant to 10 CFR 50.55(e). The'significart deficiency report SD 413/81-18 concerning damage to a Kerotest active valve was to be sub-mitted by September 11, 1981. At this time the evaluation of the damage has not been completed. The evaluation will be completed and the report will be submitted by October 12, 1981.
