NARRATIVE
SUMMARY
OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE.
8-1 At the beginning of the report period the plant was operating at 322 MWe.
Plant load was reduced due to lack of system demand.
8-12 During normal operation, containment atmosphere monitoring systems A & B v:2re-found to be operating without sample points selected.
R0 Report 81-032 8-17 The RCIC system was removed from service in order to replace full flow test valve M0V 2515.
R0 Report Pending 8-20 During surveillance testing, RCIC suppression pool area steam leak detection temperature differential switch TDS-25210 was found to trip at an out of specification valua.
R0 Report 81-031 8-23 Replacement of MOV-2515 was completed and the RCIC system was tested and declared operable.
8-31 The plant was operating at 498 MWe at 2230 hours0.0258 days
0.619 hours
0.00369 weeks
8.48515e-4 months
.
