PROPOSED REVISION 19 TO CE-1-A Your letter to me of Aug;st 7,1981, submitted pages 2-2 and 2-6 dated August 6, 1981, Revision 19 to the topical report CE-1-A describing the Commo Quality Assurance Program.
To follow Revision 15 of page 2-1, page 2-2 should have the following words 1) added at the top of the page:
... Edison commits to ccmply with 10 CFR Part 21
" Reporting of Defects and Noncompliance, with the Regulatory Position of the following Regul a tory...."
The list of Regulatory Guides for LaSalle, Byron, and E,raidwood Nuclear Power 2)
Stations should include Regulatory Guide 1.144-Rev.1.
- 3) The conditions of my letter of July 17, 1981 regarding the acceptance of Revision 18 of the report.
Please transmit 40 copies of Revision 19 to the NRC with this letter attached.
