Dear Mr. Keppler:
The Interim Report regarding subject significant deficiency states that the final report is scheduled to be submitted to your office by September 1, 1981.
As discussed with Mr. J. H. Neilson of your office on August 27, 1981, additional time is required to complete the engineering analysis described in the Interim Report.
It is now projected that this evaluation will be completed in three months and that our final report can then be submitted by December 7, 1981.
